  Typically, the people who volunteer at the Boutique are wonderful. It is unfortunate that yesterday my wife was treated very rudely by a volunteer. She had seen a side table that she liked, but the price was too high. When she asked very politely whether or not they would consider $25.00 off the asking price, the clerk looked her up and down and haughtily stated that "we don't bargain with people here". The clerk then reiterated her statement as though my wife might be too dense to understand. Needless to say, we left.
